The apartment was clean and comfortable, a 10 - 15 minute steady walk from the railway station with a Sainsbury's Local inside the adjacent Monument Metro station. There is a full-sized dishwasher which isn't mentioned in the particulars. The Q bus gets you up the steep hill from Quayside if you don't fancy the walk and stops nearby. If you have mobility issues, there are 8 steps at the entrance to the building and 8 steps from the lift to the apartment, and the beds are low. The trade-off for the quiet in such a central and convenient position is being at the back of the building with no views from the windows. The windows in the kitchen and second bedroom are on to light-wells.

Location was central to everything and at night it was so quiet. Apartment was very nice. Clean and comfortable.

Michaels apartment was perfect for a stay in the city centre! It couldn’t be more central and is very spacious. 2 big beautiful bathrooms and the place was spotless. Michael provided clear instructions to find the apartment and self check in. Even with it being so central it was nice and quiet and no noise from the streets. We had problems with the delivery of our concert tickets and he kindly allowed us to have them delivered there, providing us with a key for the post box. Quick responses and so accommodating to help us with this. Absolutely recommend this place and the great host. Thank you!!
