We enjoyed our stay at Assisi at Rossano's place PROs Large, airy, well lit, good view Bed was comfortable Kitchen was easy to use Washer took a little learning and help was immediately forthcoming Location was amazing, so close to the "center" of things, everything was a short walk, albeit that Assisi is a hilly place. Facilities were great--shower, sinks; nice to have that second half-bath CONs Lack of air conditioning was a small problem for us I found it noisy at night (cars mainly, some rowdy people in the street) because the bedroom is a main thoroughfare; without air conditioning, we needed the windows open FINAL It is always hard to judge how a rental will work out when I've not been in the town before. We were very happy with the location, the spaciousness of the apartment, the fact that everything worked, and that it was clean. I found the noise annoying but not a show stopper.

The apartment is spacious, private and well-located. This is our second time to stay here. Assisi is a very special place!

This space was amazing, beautiful high ceilings, light and clean. Beautiful views of the city and skyline, we loved everything about our stay here!

Beautiful stay in Assisi!! You are literally in the middle of everything!! It was the perfect place for us to stay!

Rossano was an EXCELLENT host. The apartment was very clean as free of clutter. Bathrooms were amazing which is a plus. Would highly recommend. Will stay here again for sure. Thank you so much Rossano!
