Raimondo, Architect & Interior Design, has lived in Berlin for two years and speaks German, Spanish, English and Italian. Experts in art, fashion and design, Raimondo will advise you all the "Must see" Florentine artistic locations and the coolest events, the most tasteful and affordable shopping and restaurants. Raimondo has also designed and furnished Domus 19 in March 2019, making the structure equipped and attractive. My goal is to make you attentive and independent guests, and give you the chance to experience the city in a less "TOURISTY" way. The same goes for information on possible tours or transfers to/from stations (Santa Maria Novella, Campo Di Marte and Rifredi Stazione) and airports (Pisa and Florence). THE STRUCTURE Domus 19 is located in one of the most trendy and youthful locations in Florence; attractions and events 365 days a year, especially in the summer season, where festivals and interesting events take place on the riverside. Being located immediately outside the center (which can be accessed via Porta Beccaria in about 3 minutes), Domus 19 is easily reachable by car (with public parking available in the neighborhood on blue stripes at a price of Euro 1.50 per Hour and free on Sundays and in the time slot from 20:00 to 8:00) and is very quiet compared to the center, ideal for those looking ALSO for a relaxing stay. Close to major monuments (10 minutes walk from Piazza Della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo), and just 5 minutes walk from the Arno, guests are particularly attracted by the proximity to the famous Piazzale Michelangelo, which offers a panoramic and breathtaking view of the city. It is also a "Florentine" neighborhood, so very characteristic and above all CONVENIENT for the purchases of our guests; full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, flea markets and clothing stores, especially on Via Gioberti, one of the most attractive Florentine Streets.
