We had the most amazing stay. Everything was so easy and we felt right at home. We were so sad to leave! There were fabulous walks and views right on the doorstep. The cottage is huge! The beds were comfy and whilst it had an open, light, and airy feel it really was a cosy place. The kitchen had such a central feel to it and everyone was drawn to spending time there. It was well stocked with a decent sized fridge freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer were very useful too! Smart TV provided (although we hardly had time to watch anything). The showers were lovely - the downstairs one was huge and had great pressure! Upstairs had a bath shower which would be lovely to relax in the colder months. There’s a great patio & well tended garden. We were lucky with gorgeous weather, but even if it had been pouring with rain we would have loved spending time in this beautiful place! Beau was extremely helpful from the time of booking right through to locking up the door

Classy interior, lovely touches, very well laid out. Modern, fresh and well provided kitchen for catering. Friendly pub/hotel a few miles away. Beautiful scenery.

This is a spectacular house in a fabulous setting. It is perfectly quiet and dark at night (=stargazing), there are wonderful walks nearby (e.g. Corrie Fee/Glen Doll), and everything was perfect about our stay over Christmas — very relaxing and enjoyable, with so many small thoughtful touches and lovely treats. Absolutely superb cottage in a stunning location. We and our three young children had a great time. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable - we loved the cosy "snug". The kitchen was very well equipped with good quality pans and utensils. The inglenook bed was super-comfy, and there were thoughtful touches everywhere (a "welcome basket" of goodies; an OS map; lovely candles) A very short drive to some fabulous walks in Glen Doll and Glen Clova, and only 50min drive from Dundee. Excellent WiFi but no mobile signal, which suited us just fine - you get phone signal from about a mile up the road. Lots of pheasant, partridge and rabbits roaming about - if you're after blissful rural solitude, this is the perfect place.
