Nous avons eu un litige en arrivant car le proprio nous a aviser qu’on devait payer 150.00$ pour la climatisation, nous n’avions nullement été avisé par AirBnB de ces frais. Il a gentiment accepté d’annuler ces frais. Dans le titre de l’annonce c’est clairement annoncé avec climatisation. Je crois que ça devrait être clarifié au même titre que les taxes , si besoin est. Ce serait plus agréable s’il y avait quelques éléments de base comme le sel, poivre , sucre et café, du savon à vaisselle en quantité suffisante. L’hôte nous a fourni sucre et café pour nous dépanner, il a été très gentil. Merci

Prachtige locatie met mooi uitzicht ,onze host Ganluca was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam , het huis was zeer comfortabel , mooie kamers en badkamers , de badkamer met bad was wat onhandig , het was erg warm en een slaapkamer had geen airco. In de keuken was alles voorzien .Mooi zwembad ook , dat elke morgen al heel vroeg geruisloos werd schoongemaakt .Was dus een aangename week samen met de familie !

Parfait de bout en bout! Confortable très bien située cette maison est idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Adresse à conserver précieusement. Un grand merci à nos hôtes qui ont été aux petits soins.

Our Host Gianluca was super nice and always helpful when it came to language barriers for example. We were 13 people staying there for a week. The house is amazing with 2 living rooms, a big basement room where you can be loud if you want to and a giant garden space with a nice pool and an amazing view of the hills. The 3 Bathrooms were really nice too and the kitchen was equipped pretty nicely. We had a great time.

The villa is a beautiful house with stunning views and was very well presented and clean when we arrived. Gianluca is an excellent host who met us on arrival and showed us around and gave us his number in case we needed anything. He also left a bottle of the olive oil his family produces which was delicious on salad and bread! The kitchen is rather small for such a large house but is well appointed with two large fridge freezers and all the necessary equipment and utensils. The pool is cleaned daily and well kept as are the grounds - there are many lovely olive trees to seek shade under. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space for dining both inside and out. The shower in the basement is probably the best of the three - we did lose hot water sometimes, even first thing in the morning and when we hadn't used it. UK visitors should note during warm weather this is a rural location and attracts mosquitoes! There are also a good few wasps outside - however they are docile and did not bother us very much at all. The property is well secluded with good parking and security gates. The airconditioning (payable locally extra) is very good but is only available in some rooms. This is a lovely, well-kept and maintained villa and our host was friendly and communicative throughout.
