This house was awesome. So much to do for a family with kids both young and older. Plenty plenty plenty of sitting space, sleeping quarters, areas to have dinner and lunch. Beds, linens and pillows were super comfortable. You honestly don’t even need to leave the premises. There is everything you need there. The host was super responsive, checked in to see if we needed anything. It was truly wonderful and we have stayed in many many airbnbs. Prob lanky one of our favorites. We would love to come back some time. Highly recommend for large families. You will enjoy it!

Our stay was everything we had hoped for and Claudio was available any time we had questions. We were able to walk to many restaurants and amenities and made a scavenger hunt out of finding all of the pelicans! I would definitely recommend this place for a family vacation

We had a fantastic stay at Claudio’s place!! It was very spacious and clean! Lots of fun games for our teenage kids. Our favorite areas of the house were the hot tub and outdoor patio area, pool table, living room, checkers table, master bedroom/bathroom, the balconies, kitchen, and top floor bedroom for kids! We would definitely recommend this house for large families! We would love to stay here again next time we’re in the Houston area. Thank you Claudio! Take care.

We celebrated Christmas at Claudio’s. There was tons of room to spread out and comfortable places for everyone to sit and play games. The kitchen island had tons of room for all our appetizers and food. Beautiful home. Lots of fun games for the kiddos.

We booked the house for our wedding weekend so that we and a few family members (including our 6 month old niece) could stay together, and the extended families coming in from out of town could stop by the night before the wedding to eat and hang out with us before Wedding Day madness began and we wouldn’t have time to visit with everyone. For that purpose, the house was perfect. There were a few things that kind of threw my plans off a bit. It should be noted that the room with 5 beds is actually the game room without a door. And the fridge never got as cold as it should have been, even set to the lowest temperature, leading to some food getting thrown out. Claudio tried to get someone to fix it, but because it was the weekend, he wasn’t able to, but it was ok. We made it work by freezing things instead. Overall, the house was a great space for what we needed and Claudio is a wonderful host—very responsive and accommodating! I’m very happy we chose to stay here in lieu of a hotel!
