I only needed to stay here for a night so that I could more easily get to an important exam the next morning. The room is very much as described and as it appears, and I was able to get some additional studying with complete privacy. The space itself has most things you could need, with excellent refrigerator space and the bathroom just a couple steps away. The biggest downside is that the place is extremely creaky, so any and all movement reverberates throughout the house, which is worse at night if someone is simply getting up to use the bathroom. That aside, very worth the price I paid for what I needed it for. 4/5

Nice place to stay, comfy bed. All of the essentials. Good for a trip if you are trying to leave early in the morning as there are other people in the house. If you are a light sleeper this might affect you. I would come back as I felt comfortable and safe. 5 stars.

I understand the presence of 3rd shift workers as fellow guests; I was one myself for a very long term. This should reflect on the quiet hours rules. Quiet hours might as well be ALL hours because during the day, a fellow guest is sleeping. Also, too many rules for washer and dryer that I didn't even bother to try. other than that, amazing location and a wholesome host. A plus if you're into fishing. let Chuck know that 😁😁😁
