I felt at home immediately! Tim is an incredible human being- very generous, kind, and so easy going. He gave me space when I needed it, conversed casually about many things. He also adopted my pup, Miss Maisy without hesitation and made her feel so at home that she began seeking him out! The backyard is amazing - Maisy loved it and I loved the opportunity to sit in the deck while she sniffed and ran about. The deer and bunnies are abundant and the birds dazzled me each morning and throughout the day. We were able to go for walks and just felt at home without pretense. Tim is a fantastic host and environmentally conscious!

Tim’s place is beyond a 5-star hotel. The guest room is perfectly designed and so comfortable for reading and resting. He communicates well before my stay and made me feel so welcome at his place. His overwhelming positive reviews are so accurate and even more reinforced doing my stay. We had an excellent visit doing my stay. He is an outstanding host who makes friends very easily. I highly recommend staring at his oasis.

Tim was very responsive and helpful with communication. His place suited our needs perfectly. Bed was very comfy!! His home is warm and welcoming.

Tim is an awesome host with a lot of local knowledge and great recommendations. He is very friendly and is equally able to interact or offer privacy. The bedroom is great for overnights and the private bathroom is perfect. We would stay here again.

Tim has a very nice hone that is clean and in a quiet safe location. He was very quick to respond when contacted. We will definitely look him up again the next time we are in the area.
