We were very impressed upon entering the apartment with its cleanliness. So, every area of the apartment is spotless. You could smell the soap from the living room couch covers. And the bathroom, the most important, had a wonderful shower. Actually everything you touch is hotel clean. Since its a small apartment, if you are tidy and neat, you find the spacing very comfortable. Viktoria and Vlad provided ample amenities and cleaning supplies, which is a reflection of their high standards of hygiene. We wish them the very best and wish to come back soon.

Vlad and Victoria were most gracious hosts -- flexible and accommodating and answered any and all emails almost immediately. I would highly recommend their home as a place to stay while on Staten Island

Great place to stay for an extended stay. Very clean and comfortable space with a fully stocked kitchen and updated appliances, including the washer and dryer. Hosts were friendly and responded quickly to questions throughout entire stay. They were also very accommodating! I stayed with them while looking for a long term apartment. I notified them when I was getting ready to sign my lease and planned on ending my stay earlier than originally planned. Hosts immediately changed my reservation to only charge me for the nights I stayed in the air bnb without any penalty fees. Only drawback is there isn’t much sound barrier between the unit and the one above it. During my stay, the people above me were very noisy and often stomped across the floor so if you are traveling with a small child that needs naps, be mindful of that. Highly recommend!

Vlad was very respectful and attentive. Very understandable with our circumstances. Only complaint was that the water pressure was very weak anytime someone in the whole house flushed was doing dishes or laundry. Also the windows were not easy exiting if a fire was to occur. The tenants above us were always loud making a bunch of noise at anytime all the way up till like 2 am. The freezer also stopped working and made us lose most of our food that was in there. But other than that the owners were very respectful and helpful. I have nothing to complain about the owners just need to make some improvements in the house for 3600 a month is a bit crazy.

Amazing place on Staten Island. Close to my favorite restaurant “eat Italian”. Place was super clean and smelled amazing. We had an issue with the heater but the host responded immediately and it was fixed that day. Super impressed. Recommend it 100%.
