it was perfect for us, great base to explore the Algarve, within 30 mins of all the best towns. so handy to motorway but secluded. Be aware there are some dogs around property and can sometimes be heard barking at night. No really much the host can do about it. We had a great reception and nothing was too much bother even though our flight was delayed and it was quite late at night. We would have no hesitation to go back.

Vielen Dank, dass wir hier übernachten durften und an Carlos, der uns sehr freundlich in Empfang nahm, alles erklärte und immer ansprechbar war. Das Haus ist schön, sehr gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer geräumig. Es ist relativ privat/abgelegen (Auto ist ein Muss) - trotzdem liegt es direkt an einer Straße, die leider auch nachts befahren wird. Die Hunde auf den Nachbarsgrundstücken haben uns auch oft wach liegen lassen. Das war nicht besonders erholsam! Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen sicher wieder in die Gegend.

It was a great house at a good location. A car is needed and there is a private parking. The pool was chilly in December, but the kids wanted to go in anyway. We have had a very pleasant stay.

Great stay, extremely peaceful and very responsive host! A car is very useful if staying here.
