Very clean, accessible, spacious, and well-appointed! The gym does not open until 6:30am, which is challenging with work. However, the hotel did accommodate letting me in early one day, which was greatly appreciated.

Beautiful resort! The staff was very friendly, helpful and gracious. The room was beautiful, on the 8th floor overlooking the incredible architecture of SF. Jim was so kind and welcoming, reaching out to us to make sure our check-in was smooth. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and iconic landmarks. We look forward to our next trip to SF!!!

Great, hotel like accommodation located close to the Bart, within walking distance of the main tourist parts. Convenient and comfortable, fabulous big bed! A fridge and access to filtered water was a plus. A bit noisy at night, didn’t bother us too much but bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise. Very happy and would stay here again :) Thanks Jim!
