Eira is a fantastic place to stay, an area where old granite walls and floors meets modern furniture and decoration. Eira was once a storage room for cereals: the floor of the bedrooms is made of large paving stones of granite... Great in Summer, really comfortable and warm in Winter. 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. There is an extra room with a sofabed where two children can sleep. Living room with woodburning stove and TV (satellite). Modern and fully fitted kitchen. Central heating. Outside, a fantastic and private area with the large and traditional "eira" (threshing-floor, in granite) and the old "espigueiro" (granary, also in granite). A private garden with fig trees completes this charming area. Just beside is the swimming-pool (this one can be shared with other possible guests).
