I will be moving into a new home and I will rent this home out for 3 months. The Home is located 5 minutes from the York Mills DVP entrance...The home is semi-detached with a golf course in the backyard...quiet street and 15 minutes from CN TOWER. It's in a highly desirable area, especially for families...What makes this property unique is that this property is located 15 minutes from Downtown, yet it feels like 2 hrs away in the Muskokas.....Google Donalda Golf Course and take a look around.

Extremely friendly neighbourhood; directly next to my property is a snow hill for kids to slide down; very popular in the area. I have toboggan available at no extra cost to use during your stay.
My Home is semi-detached and the owner in the other semi home is a single occupant who is friendly too. The Home is separated by layers of bricks and as expected there is no sound coming from the other home; privacy was key in me purchasing, and I did.

出行信息

There are a few options for Public Transportation...
1. You can walk from my home to a bus stop (5 mins walk) and that bus will take you to York Mills subway station; which leads to Union Station or Finch. Roughly 45 minutes in total to get to Union Station.
2. You can walk across the golf course over to Don Mills and take a bus to Subway Station; probably 45-60 minutes in total to get to Union Station
3. Taxi/Uber/Lyft
