Die Lage war großartig! Einfach sehr sehr schick! Toller Pool und großartiger Ausblick! Es müsste etwas renoviert werden (Badezimmer und die Terasse inkl. Möbel) die Betten leider sehr unbequem, eine kleine Farm direkt nebenan, so hat man die ganze Nacht Hunde gehört die enorm gebellt haben und einen sehr wachgehalten haben. Jedoch wurde dies nach Kontakt mit Richard abgestellt (wie auch immer das geschafft wurde), ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Sonst sehr privat und ruhig! 😊

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden! Die Villa ist leicht zu finden und auch schon von der Hauptstraße aus beschildert! Der Check in war Selbstständig mit einem Schlüsselsafe und somit sehr einfach. Die Villa war Innen sowie Außen sauber gepflegt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, hatten somit keine Probleme beim kochen. Ein Nachteil in der Küche waren vielen Ameisen, welche aus dem Fliesenschlitz gekommen sind! Ein weiterer Nachteil ist das es direkt neben der Unterkunft einen großen Hundekäfig mit mehreren Hunden gibt, diese bellen die ganze Nacht und stören somit massiv beim schlafen! Für die Hauszufahrt wird als Fahrzeug mindestens ein SUV benötigt! Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis war sehr gut, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stayed here for 10 days! The actual villa location is amazing! Can’t fault that at all. But….. inside needs bringing up to date! On arrival we arrived late. There was nothing there to drink or eat ( stayed in villa before and your left with little welcome pack of bits to drink/eat an arrival). No black bags left for bin. Kitchen was fine had all the things you need but the toaster was broke so you have to put your hand inside to bring the part up that let’s you move it up and down. The lounge/dining area was fine sofas could do with an update. Bedroom- in desperate need of new beds!! The mattress is uncomfortable and at the side there is holes in the fabric which allows you to put your hand inside the mattress . Toilets/ shower- the shower screen was broken and leaked out the corner of the shower so had to put a towel down every time. The toilet has a crack in it. Pool was lovely but the pump doesn’t work and the seating could do with renew as broken. So much potential to be amazing

The villa does have the feeling of being remote but it is only a 5min drive to Steni which has 2 restaurants and the road getting there is fine, The Mill is nice, but the Old Town restaurant in Polis is superb inside and outside! We did have a little puppy visit on occasion (which was very cute), but the villa is fenced off so it must have just got out from the farmers land further down the hill.

This villa is really great for staying for several days. It has an outstanding view, a great swimming pool, nice inner interior, where you can find everything you need for peaceful vacation. But there are several points you need to take into account before planning to go there: - two dogs leave there, so if you don’t like dogs, or if you have an allergy, or you don’t like barking during the night, think twice about this villa - we were bitten by some mosquitoes or something else, so if you have a sensitive skin, think about protection
