Manuel es el anfitrión ideal. Desde el principio fue muy educado y dispuesto a hacer mi estancia más fácil. El apartamento es incluso mejor de lo que te imaginas. La zona es muy tranquila, tienes un parque hermoso cerca, transporte público, restaurantes, supermercsdos, etc. Estuve por una estancia de 3 meses y medio y sin duda volvería a repetir. También me gustó el ambiente familiar del edificio, ideal para una estancia de trabajo o vacaciones para descansar. Además, la zona es muy silenciosa y segura. Gracias Manuel y hasta pronto!

A clean and comfy apartment, it had everything that I needed to live and work. I will miss it, and Fürth. The subway was very convenient for me. I could go to Nürnberg any time or to Fürth (Bayern) Hauptbahnhof and take a train to other cities. I made a lot of day trips to cities like Bamberg, Bayreuth, Coburg, Kronach, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, and even Munich. The park nearby hosted some music school summer concerts that were wonderful. Nuremberg had some unmissable festivals too, like Bardentreffen, Brückenfestival, and Volksfest. I was here over the summer during extreme heat. For extreme heat, I would suggest opening the balcony door at night to let in cool air, closing the door during the day, and also keeping the shade down that covers the balcony door to really lock in cool air. Manuel provided me with a fan to circulate the air, which helped immensely. If there are any issues, Manuel is very willing to help, just ask him for what you need.

Manuel's apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is a short walk from the city center of Fürth and a shorter walk from the tram station, groceries, and several lovely bakeries. (Daily visits to the BrotHaus were a staple of my stay.) The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos: well appointed, clean, and comfortable – perfect for an extended stay in the Fürth–Nürnberg region! Furthermore, Manuel was the consummate host, he made check-in easy, and when I locked myself out of the flat during Manuel's trip to Stuttgart, he made every effort to rectify the situation in a manner that fit my schedule. I hope to be back in Nürnberg in the near future, and I would consider myself lucky to stay with Manuel again!
