Van's place felt like a home-away-from-home which is what makes a good Airbnb in my mind. You can tell that he has put a lot of love and care into curating his home. Our whole family loved the house and it was a terrific place to be for Thanksgiving. We had all the kitchen appliances we needed, great grocery shopping nearby, a nice dining room and plenty of cozy gathering places to reconnect. We enjoyed being able to walk two blocks to the park and for coffee and we made good use of the soaking tub. Van gave us all sorts of great tips for our stay and was incredibly responsive. We had a fabulous time. Thanks Van!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The thoughtful and provoking art curation made our "strategy team" staff retreat rooted in a much more creative perspective, and the spaciousness of the rooms and the house overall offered our team the perfect balance of privacy when we needed it and togetherness when we chose. The house is a few short blocks away from Cheesman park, the perfect place to go for a morning run or grounding activity and do some fun dog spotting. The cameras in the downstairs areas did alarm some of our team members - however we're pretty sure that Airbnb allows cameras in common areas, just not private spaces, so if cameras bother you at all I would keep that in mind when you book. The owners of this house have curated a very thoughtful and luxurious space so we understood the need to monitor the common spaces - just wanted to give a heads up in case that's outside of others comfort zones. All in all, a great experience that we're glad to have had as a team!

Comfortable place in good location with the incredible art work and decoration. Perfect for large group. The fireplace and backyard were great. Would definitely stay again.

We love staying in this beautiful home. Yes, it’s a real home and not some investment rental. This was our third stay in fact. The owner is very responsive and friendly. The home itself is extremely attractive and comfortable. The back patio with fire pit and hot tub is so cozy. The kitchen is well stocked; in general the place is exactly as advertised. It truly is a choice place to stay in Denver. Van, thank you again!

We had such a wonderful place to accommodate my large family. Van’s home was beautiful and full of wonderful things. Back yard was amazing! Hosted my sons wedding party for pre-wedding prep and it couldn’t have been better, everyone loved it there! Thanks Van!!!
