It was clean and easy to move to downtown because of the convenient transportation.

Very spacious, updated with a decent view. I also liked the back patio. It offered everything we needed in our stay. The master bedroom was very big and the bathroom was amazing. The two pull out couches were a great addition. Overall a fantastic stay and we will be looking to see if this place is available next time I’m in town. Was very short drive to the McCormick Place convention center. There were a few places to eat within walking distance.

First off, Andy was great! We mistakenly left the code for the door inside when we went to dinner and he called us right back and we were able to get in with no problem. The proximity to downtown is nice, but there are lots of abandoned buildings and run down houses nearby. When coming into the building there were some not so friendly neighbors lingering, and on day two we witnessed a very obvious drug deal happening on the corner. The main stairwell was very dirty and there was a stray cat in the building. but apartment itself was clean. The only issue there was a broken sprayer in the tub that was taped on and broken towel racks. The main bed was comfy but the sheets were too small, so when you lay down, it pops off on all corners and there was a used bandaid stuck to the blanket. The bedroom is VERY bright in the morning, so be prepared to wake up early. The kitchen was nice and there’s lots of space.

The flat is exactly as you see it online: very spacy, comfortable and clean. The way to downtown Chicago is about 20 min by train.The station is in walking distance. Andy was very helpful to answer the occasional question we had when arriving. We stayed at the place twice and are happy to have chosen it.

Departamento buen ubicado , a una cuadra de la parada de autobús y a unas 4 cuadras de la estación del tren. Muy amplio y bonito!! Andy siempre te ayuda , con tus dudas!!
