We booked this room for 3 days. When we arrived, we found the air conditioner is not working. The landlord knows that but didn’t tell us in advance. So we contacted him and ask for canceling the booking for the next few days. Although we can cancel the next two days and get the refund, we didn’t get any compensation. The original price is about NT$1300/day. But we pay about NT$1500 for that day in the end. Beside, we waste our time there, we also need to find and pay for the place to storage our luggage! It really waste of time and money and it also delay our schedules! Very disappoint.

I am short of words to describe this amazing studio. It is located in the highest (39th) floor of an officetel building and offers great views of Haeundae beach & busanxsky tower at day as well as at night. There is a bus stop right next to the apartment building which makes it easy to access any part of Hauendae and beyond through public transport. It was clean with all listed amenities as well as a bidet. Bed & linen were very comfortable. Maren was an excellent host and right from numerous questions prior to booking to answering our queries during the stay in a quick & friendly manner, I really appreciate that. Finally, the place would be perfect for not more than 2 people with not a lot of luggage as it is a little compact in size. I would really advise to stay here as I also found it a value for money paid.
