Simply the best. Everything in the resort was new, clean and beautiful. We fell in love with the pool surrounded by nature, gorgeous garden of the royal villa and Bali style statues. All the staff was kind and the service was perfect. As we were a large group and first time in Bali, it would be chaos without them. Kadek, the manager of the resort, kindly helped us to organize the trip, make reservations at restaurants and arrange cars. Even when we're away from the resort, he came to check if things are ok and pick us up to resort in person. Thank you! We had happy time there.
