La Grande Auguière is a spacious villa fully equipped, air-conditioned with a large outdoor space. Grilling, relaxing and excursions to discover the jewels of the region will punctuate your stay. The villa is air-conditioned and fully equipped to make your stay comfortable. It can accommodate up to 10 people. The spacious and very bright living room is equipped with 2 convertible sofas offering 4 additional beds, as well as a large dining table to enjoy your moments of conviviality with family and friends. You will have access to a television and a free Wifi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with access to the outside (oven, microwave, coffee machine, gas stove, dishwasher, and an American refrigerator). We can provide a coffee machine, teapot and other kitchen utensils on request (please ask before your stay). The newly renovated bathroom has an Italian shower, a double sink and a washing machine. The toilets are independent. Regarding the sleeping arrangements, the house has 3 spacious bedrooms: - A master suite for 2 persons (bed 140 cm) with its own bathroom and an additional toilet. To perfect your comfort this room also has a TV. - A room with two single beds of 80 cm - A room with two single beds of 90 cm Finally, you can enjoy a beautiful outdoor space of 200 m2 facing south, equipped with a beautiful shaded terrace, a large table for friendly meals and a plancha for your grills. A comfortable garden furniture and two deckchairs will allow you to bask in the sun. You have 2 parking spaces in front of the house. Please note that sheets and towels are not included in the price of the stay.
