The property, situated in the countryside of S. Vittoria in Matenano in an ideal position overlooking the surrounding hills slowly ending in the Adriatic Sea, comprehends the main house of 250 sqm and a dedicated smaller space for gardening tools of 20 sqm. The two constructions create a court, and farther off a wooden beam canopy covered by solar panels. The main house has on the ground floor a large open space kitchen with fireplace, a dining room, a large living room with another fireplace; going up 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and 2 other bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Outside you will find a strawberry grape pergola and a barbecue for your summer evenings and an adjacent shaded area with a sitting area with sofa and armchairs a stone's throw from the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by olive trees which measures 11 x 5 m and a maximum depth of 1.8 m; another pergola on the entrance side of the kitchen. The whole property is surrounded by 2 acres of garden, 1 acre of olive trees and 12 acres of wood that slowly descend towards a local minor river called Ete. The garden of the property has been photographed and published in major architecture magazines such as “Architettura del Paesaggio in Italia” edited by logos in 2011. The whole property has been renovated. The property is equipped with: - wooden beam canopy (45 sqm) covered by solar panels that produce 6 kW of energy, - Wifi internet connect, - satellite antenna.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, entspannte Woche mit der Familie auf Fabrizios Anwesen. Der Garten ist traumhaft und die Lage authentisch italienisch.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Die Landschaft und die Umgebung sind beeindrucken, die Aussicht ist großartig, die Nutzungsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig. Wir haben ruhige Tage am Pool genau so genossen wie Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung (zahlreiche schöne Städtchen und gute Restaurants) oder ans Meer (Küste ca. 50 Minuten Fahrt). Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, alles ist da, was man braucht. Ob Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen - in der Küche problemlos selbst zubereitet und auf der Terrasse (das Haus bietet mehrere Optionen) genossen - herrlich. Wir hatten viel Spaß und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Kommunikation mit Fabrizio war immer freundlich und die Antworten kamen sehr schnell. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus war wunderschön und entsprach der Beschreibung sehr genau! Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und das Gelände weitläufig. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Dank des Pools waren die hohen Temperaturen auch sehr gut aushaltbar. Der Hausverwalter und seine Frau waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

We had a nice time, nearby is a small village with supermarkets cafes and some restaurants and everything you need! The house is super equipped and it has enough space for 6 people. Also the outdoor area ist super nice and really big and the pool is much bigger then expected. We loved it!

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit prachtige huis! Het heeft een grote tuin met zwembad, mooie zitjes en patio’s rond het huis en hele mooie uitzichten op de omgeving. Het huis is gezellig en goed ingericht. Alles is aanwezig. De omgeving is mooi, je bent in 40 min aan de kust, maar ook in Monte Sibilini waar je prachtige tochten kunt maken. De beheerder was heel aardig en behulpzaam en de communicatie met Fabrizio was snel en goed. Met de route aanwijzingen reden we zo naar het huis. We kunnen het huis zeer aanbevelen!

Le Marche is the second best region in the world to visit according to the Lonely Planet (year 2020), and in fact there is so much to see and do being a relatively unknown region and therefore not contaminated, authentic, with nice people and many surprises guaranteed.
Santa Vittoria in Matenano is perched at the top of a hill overlooking at one hand the blue of the Adriatic Sea and on the other the white snows of the Sibillini mountains.
The medieval heritage of Santa Vittoria is still breathing in the presence of ancient churches decorated with frescoes and palaces built with the characteristic fifteenth century red bricks.
The medieval village of Santa Vittoria is surrounded by a sweet campaign consisting of an endless succession of hills planted as centuries ago: olive groves, vineyards, wheat fields and oak woods to interrupt the sequence of the fields. The air is pure and full of perfumes.
You can visit the pictorial works of Italian painters of the Renaissance in the galleries and in the local churches. Their works are spread across several towns and villages in the area: Ascoli, Montefortino, Monte San Martino.

Visit of the old town of Ascoli Piceno; the Renaissance Piazza del Popolo is considered one of the most beautiful squares in Italy.
Excursions and picnics to the National Park of Monti Sibillini. Interesting the walk to Lago Pilato and the piane di Castelluccio.
A day at the beach or in the Conero Park or San Benedetto del Tronto with seafood lunch in one of the many restaurants on the coast.
A day at the Golf Club of Numana
Shopping tour in Cassette d'Ete in the outlets of the most famous brands of the made in Italy: Diego della Valle (Tod’s), Prada, etc.etc.
Visit the baroque gardens of Villa Bonaccorsi in Potenza Picena.
Tour of the local wineries. The closest and most appreciated is the Cantina Dezi in Servigliano village.
