The neighbourhood is residential, quiet and safe. In 3 minutes you reach Mega Mall, one of Bucharest's main shopping centers, where you can eat, shop or do your groceries.
Within 7 mins walk you can find the following super markets to do your groceries: Kaufland, Carrefour, Lidl and Piata Delfinului (local farmers market). For buying fewer items, there is a Mega Image right across the main boulevard.
There is also a McDonalds very close and a specialty coffee shop (God's Coffee).

PARKING
On the street with the building all parking spots belong to residents, they cannot be used.
Free street parking is available on a parallel street, but they are subject to availability.
It is possible to park at Mega Mall, but the price adds-up (For first 4 hours it’s about 1.5€ in total, then each hour is 2€. For 24 hours gets to ~40€).
