We loved our stay in Gouda. The house was perfect for 6 female friends who wanted to explore Holland. The house is funky and stylish with great attention to detail. The only slight drawback was the heating, especially in the main room but to be fair the weather was unseasonably cold

This historic Canal house is exactly as described. It’s huge, beautiful, eclectically furnished, and it was a lovely place from which to discover the charming city of Gouda and other attractions like Keukenhof & Delft. Anita welcomed us personally and was always available to answer questions and make recommendations. The rooms were large and well-furnished and equipped with the essentials, as was the kitchen. A lovely touch was Nespresso machines in every bedroom. It’s very centrally located and walking distance from many great shops and restaurants. We enjoyed every moment of our visit, and the unique experience of staying in a house on the canal.

Geweldig verblijf in het centrum van Gouda. Bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en winkels allemaal op loopafstand. Wij hebben een OpenairEscapeGouda gedaan, aanrader om langs mooie plekjes in het centrum te komen op een actieve manier. De accommodatie is prachtig en ruikt heerlijk naar rituals. Elk vertrek is mooi aangekleed en voorzien van koffie/thee faciliteiten. Genoeg ruimte voor je spullen en de bedden slapen heerlijk. Zowel aan de voor- en achterkant slaap je rustig, geen overlast dat de locatie centraal in het centrum is. Keuken is ruimschoots voorzien van servies en toebehoren en met de tafels aan elkaar kan je ook met een grotere groep met elkaar aan tafel. Ben je slechter ter been of met hele kleine kids, houdt er dan rekening mee dat er best wat trappen zijn in het huis. Gehele verblijf een echte aanrader met vriendengroep of famile. Daarbij een vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Alle ingrediënten voor een fantastisch verblijf.

Can’t say enough about our experience…loved the iconic tree lined canal street and historic neighborhood and square, the historic canal house was impeccable and charming and beautifully decorated and even had fresh flowers in every room The hosts were warm and personally welcoming. It was more than just a a place to stay, it was a great experience

De Airbnb van Anita voldeed helemaal aan onze verwachtingen. We waren met 8 vriendinnen van rond de 70 en Anita had ons gewaarschuwd voor de trappen, maar die waren gelukkig geen probleem. Alles wat nodig is was in ruime mate aanwezig. De begane grond met woonkeuken en zitje was compleet en heel gezellig en de slaapkamers waren super! Gratis parkeren op het Erasmusplein en het centrum was vlakbij en heel goed beloopbaar. Voor ons heel geschikt! Hartelijk bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en veel succes met jullie Airbnb!
