One thing that I should have clarified for myself was to ask how many people shares the place. There were a total of 4 rooms so you can expect 3 other roommates and you would be sharing a washroom with one other person. Overall, for the price, this was a nice place to stay at and it was quite accessible. One downside is since the building is very old, you get to enjoy all the noises from the streets and from your roommates, so if that's a big concern for you then this might not be the right place for you. Kitchen can get crowded if multiple people are cooking at the same time.

The place is great! and the location unbeatable for this price. kenny is always avalible to help with any issues, and comes by on anything at a moment's notice. Very comfortable place in one of the most convenientparts of nob hill!
