The Granary is set in rural Suffolk, close to the market town of Framlingham and the village of Debenham. With no light or noise pollution, you can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable break surrounded by beautiful countryside with spectacular views across open fields from all windows. The Granary has a large open plan kitchen dining area, a cosy sitting room with a wood burner and a large flat screen TV. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate shower room with electric shower. The Granary is a traditional cottage with flagstone flooring downstairs and other characterful features. There is a cosy wood burner in the sitting room and wood is provided for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and freestanding cooker. There is a large fridge/freezer. Tea towels and cleaning equipment are provided. A wooden staircase (quite steep) leads directly into the master bedroom. From here the other two bedrooms can be accessed. The master bedroom is a large bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of storage space, a large flat screen television and fabulous dual aspect views to the east and west giving wonderful sunrise and sunset views across the garden and fields. The second bedroom has a small double bed and has views over the drive, pond and over the fields. The single bedroom has views over the garden and far reaching views across the fields. All the beds are made up with luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, goose down duvets and there is a choice of feather or superior quality synthetic pillows. Towels are provided. A travel cot can be provided but please bring your baby's bedding. Cereals, bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, homemade marmalade, local honey and milk will be left in The Granary for your breakfast. One well behaved dog is welcome downstairs but not to be allowed on furniture. The property is not fenced so dogs must be kept under control at all times. We have two dogs (bitches) and two cats and often have hares, foxes, deer, pheasants and ducks roaming in the garden. Garden table and chairs provided.
