We stayed as a group of 3 families from the US with young kids for a family surf trip. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The place was very clean, comfortable and had many great conveniences. It was well suited for young kids with baby gates, kids toys, plates, cups, etc. The location is just a short walk to town or the beach and has beautiful views of the ocean. Pedro provided great service and communicated well with us. You can tell he takes pride in his property. We would definitely return here and recommend it to others!

We loved our stay at Sunshine’s villa in Ericeira. The home is spectacular! All of the details in the decor and the amenities provided made us feel very comfortable and cozy—like a home away from home. They truly thought of everything, and we were able to cook family meals and eat on the beautiful terrace while watching the sunset. The village is so close, lively, and fun; the beach is nearby with other beaches in walking distance too; and the food we found was delicious! Lisbon is close enough to Uber for the day or evening and the other town we enjoyed was Sintra—very beautiful with a lot of sights to see. This was our first visit to Portugal and we loved it!

Really beautiful house in a great location. We had a great time and were able to relax. The check in process is a little bit complex as someone needs to be there to walk you around the property for close to 40 mins, so I’d suggest the host just get a lock box. And the host came around only giving us 30 mins notice on one occasion. But as it’s his home he clearly cares a lot about it! Aside from that it was a great place.

The place was as advertised. Our family had an extended stay and really enjoyed the property and location. The owner was easy to communicate with and the place was setup well for our large family with small kids. We walked to dinner most nights and could walk to a nice little beach.
