I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Villa Francisco! I would definitely return Starting with Mercedes, so friendly & quick to respond to any questions I had at any time. Everything the cook made was incredible. Every staff person we came across was so friendly and so attentive. Jewry, who picked us up from the airport, took care of all of our transportation needs for the entire weekend and it was worth every penny. The villa itself was gorgeous, and spacious, and looks just like the photos. The only negatives have nothing to do with the service or the Airbnb. It’s located in a very residential area, and there is a convenience store across the street, but it only accepts cash and Getting an Uber after 11pm was difficult. The other major drawback is that right outside the villa, the locals gather and socialize and play very loud music as soon as the sun sets until close to midnight. It wasn’t an issue for us but I would imagine it an issue for those with an earlier bedtime

My family and I stayed at this Airbnb and it was the best decision we ever made. The host, Mercedes, was super attentive, responsive, informative and greeted us upon arrival. At the airport we were greeted by personal driver, Jeury, who took us directly to the villa. We also hired him for his services during our stay and he was wonderful. Now let me tell you about our cook, Mayelin or Mayi as we called her— absolutely a 10 out of 10 for every single meal she prepared during our stay. Not only was it delicious but she was friendly and courteous the entire time. Cindy and Nana, the cleaning crew, can’t stay behind with their attention to details and friendly demeanor. We definitely enjoyed our stay at Villa Francisco and can’t wait to book again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience! Gracias por una experiencia vacacional inolvidable!

En pocas palabras ESPECTACULAR. La atención de Mercedes simplemente fue increíble. Desde días previos nos ayudó a gestionar tours y cosas por hacer. Pero la casa que es lo más importante simplemente es una maravilla, me encantó la atención de Mercedes que en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros, resolviendo dudas, apoyándonos, etc. los cuartos son sumamente cómodos y la alberca es deliciosa. 100% el mejor lugar para hospedarse en RP

Our group had a fantastic time. Mercedes had set us up with a party planner to make our party super special and everyone was fantastic! Would definitely recommend. The only downside to our stay was a loud party on Saturday night that went on until 4 AM but that is not the AirBNB's fault.
