Very nice studio in a beautiful private neighborhood. Very nice terrace with a table, chairs, and umbrella to enjoy the beautiful weather while eating a meal. A nice view of the ocean as well.

Irma's suite is lovely and private. It looks out onto trees, the well kept yard, and has a partial view of the Sea of Cortez providing guests with both beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the palms. We enjoyed both on the large deck. The suite itself is much larger than the photos suggest and two of us had plenty of space. There is more than enough storage that isn't shown in the photos which is always appreciated. We were able to make whatever food we chose to prepare in the well stocked kitchen. While the initial walk up to the house from the main road is quite steep, the last 4 or 5 blocks are an easy walk through the lovely neighborhood. If you are driving, the La Jolla underpass is a bonus because it allows for very easy access, and if you're walking, walk through the underpass to get to the Playa Azul beach to avoid walking on the busy road. I liked it so much that I'm returning.

We loved staying at Irma's place. We stayed for over two months and felt right at home. We really liked being able to walk down to the beach every day. The sunrises from the studio are phenomenal. The pictures do not do it justice. We highly recommend this spot!!

Irma's place was so incredible that we extended our stay by two weeks. It is in a perfect location, so comfortable, and Irma and her family are so friendly and kind. It is a great set up for a couple and has worked out really well for working remotely. Just a fantastic experience!! Thanks Irma!
