Enjoyed our stay, beautiful pool and the house was comfortable and well equipped. 20 min to get to downtown Palm Springs, had a pleasant time.

The house is spacious and great kitchen to use and hang out in. Private residential neighborhood but neighbor revs engine and all his fumes come onto property, not owner fault. Hot tub very nice, pool looked nice but did not use. Outdoor furniture and patio area was really dusty and needs to be cleaned prior to one's stay, do not think it was. Pool table listed in ad is in very poor shape and should not be listed as an amenity. There was a very strong air freshener /perfumery smell upon arrival and lasted entire stay. This created issues for one allergic person in party. All in all we did enjoy our stay and location. We would stay again.

My husband and 2 children were in town for the BNP Paribas tennis tournament, so while they got back too late most nights to use the pool, they did use the pool table. Lyndsy's home was comfortable and just what was needed for our time away!

Lyndsy was so kind— we got to meet her in person for a few minutes and she was so helpful. The pool was just pristine, pretty, and WARM! And the hot tub hit the spot, too. The house is very close to the fun Cardenas grocery store where they have a deli that has amazing tacos and roast chicken, fresh fruit, etc. there are also several other businesses, including Starbucks, quite nearby. The house had an Airwick air freshener plugged in, which gave it a strong aroma, but since we preferred to not have an aroma, we just unplugged that and opened the windows for a little while, and the house was fresh air quite promptly. My elementary aged kids, and I will definitely be back to this house! It was just perfect.

We basically just used the space to sleep and have breakfast since we were gone all day. It’s is a 10 min drive to Palm Springs. The bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were nice and clean. We didn’t use the pool, but I sat and had my morning coffee outside. The backyard gets morning shade and afternoon sun. The pool looks clean and nice, but there was some broken shards of plastic on the ground by the jacuzzi. Also some weeds. I never heard any noises in the attached suite, but my husband said he could hear someone talking and doing dishes one night. Just FYI in case you want a private space. Overall the place is ok.
