L’appartamento è spazioso e ben diviso, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno! Raccomandato!

First I want to start off by saying that this was a beautiful place. Located in a very peaceful quiet city. The airbnb was spotless, clean, and wonderfully had a great a/c system to tackle on the summer heat. There is one thing I’d love to review, the listing states that there is 3 bedrooms. This was perfect for me and my company and we booked believing we were going to have 3 bedrooms. Turns out that the third bedroom is an additional fee which is not stated anywhere on the listing so we were really upset at that fact. So beware if you think you’re going to get all three bedrooms. HOWEVER, I will gladly add that the owner, after we reached out did give us the third bedroom for free during our stay because of the “miscommunication”. Though it was very upsetting to feel lied too about the third bedroom. I really appreciated the owners giving us the room for free, for being friendly and open to answering our questions and overall being extremely friendly. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

La casa era esattamente come descritta nell'annuncio, pulita, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort promessi. L'host si è dimostrato gentile, professionale e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, offrendoci consigli utili sulla zona e assicurandosi che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Unico appunto, abbiamo riscontrato una certa rigidità riguardo all'orario di arrivo. Capisco l'importanza di organizzare al meglio le attività, ma ci siamo sentiti un po' pressati eccessivamente per rispettare l'orario esatto. Suggerirei all'host di essere un po' più flessibile riguardo agli orari di check-in. Nonostante questo piccolo inconveniente, consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e di qualità.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. It’s on the first floor, parking is possible on the street, supermarkets are nearby. It’s definitely worth the money. We stayed three nights and explored the nearby cities. To the Modena city center it was at least 30 minutes walk -manageable but not very pleasant or interesting, we found a garage parking close to the center and rather drove there by car. The museum of Ferrari is an amazing experience, highly recommended.
