Tammy has been so amazing hosting our Mersino team. She is sweet and kind and keeps up with the units. She has provided a truly amazing experience and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend her and Coal Haven Place if you need a quiet, clean and comfy stay while in the Cannelton area. There is a lot of history in the town to explore and research also.

This is a nicely renovated apartment in a four unit building. it is directly across the street from an impressive Catholic church and although I was traveling on business and did not have a chance to explore the area I think it would be an interesting place to check out.

This was our second stay at Coal Haven Place. The space is clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. You won’t be disappointed.
