we had a lovely weekend at Mary's Airbnb... Beautiful location, so much to do nearby and further afield! The location is completely detached from the hustle and bustle, and is extremely peaceful and reinvigorating. Netflix and games are provided for rainy days and the kitchen is very well furnished. 10/10 great experience

Such a lovely property, clean and well equipped. It felt like home away from home. The surroundings and views were outstanding, the only neighbours we had for a couple of days were the sheep - fine with me! We were lucky with the weather and able to get out for long walks. There is a pub/restaurant in the village and booking the day before is advised. We had a lovely stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

We were in Stargazers flat - an amazing flat, stunning views over wide open countryside in the middle of nowhere but just a few minutes walk from a gem of a local pub with great food, staff and local customers. No phone signal anywhere in the local area so make sure that you absolutely know the key code to get in before you set off (ignore the instructions on the airbnb site they are not correct). Mary was very helpful sorting out a glitch in the booking. Our only problem was getting the code to get in - which was rather hairy after a long drive- so be warned, make sure you get the code the day before !!!

Superb communication, great location for Hexham and Kielder. This is a great little apartment with everything you need. We stayed for two nights and still didn’t feel ready to leave!
