Comfortable, spacious, and stylish 3bd/2.5bth townhome with 1800+sqft on 3 floors! Our neighborhood of Eagle-Vail is in the city of Avon, situated half-way between Vail and Beaver Creek. We are a perfect home base to visit both resorts! In the summer, Eagle-Vail has great amenities- golf course, par 3, saltwater pool (fee to enter), great playgrounds, pickle/tennis/basketball courts, and a pond- all within 1-2 blocks. Up to 2 dogs allowed with a pet fee! Awarded Superhost for 5+ years straight! The townhome has 3 floors and a unique layout. Please read through: -1st floor- Enter on this floor to find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed and twin over twin bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom and there is also a laundry room on this floor. -2nd Floor- Walk up a short flight of stairs to the main living space. You'll find the living room, kitchen, dining table, half bath, balcony, and a workspace. -3rd Floor- Head up the spiral staircase to the the primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a door to this bedroom, it is not a loft. Parking: There is parking for 2 cars, or 3 if one of your vehicles is small enough to fit in our small garage. Most guests use the garage to store gear like bikes and skis and utilize the space in front of the garage to park. There is also an assigned spot in the lot. We include: A well stocked kitchen with coffee, smart TVs, fast WIFI, and an environmentally friendly bio-ethanol fireplace. For kiddos we include a pack n play, high chair, booster seat, and games/coloring supplies. Note that we do not include babyproofing items, and our unit is not baby proofed so bring if needed. The neighborhood of Eagle-Vail has wonderful amenities, especially in the summer! We sit next to the Eagle-Vail golf course so you can play 18 holes or family friendly Par 3. In the winter, the golf course is terrific for sledding and snowshoeing. Within 1-2 blocks you will find the neighborhood saltwater pool with a slide (pool is open in the summer only and charges a day rate), fabulous playground, basketball/tennis/pickleball courts, and a cute small lake with beach (our dog's favorite spot!).
