The resort was right on the top with a great view of Banasura Sagar dam . It was very private and clean . Joby made sure that we had everything we wanted and guided us on the local tours. He got us a jeep for our local commute and was very proactive in getting us food and checking things around. Overall we had a great time and swimming with a sunrise view was awesome. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wishes to have a great time in Wayanad.

we stayed here for a day. last 300mtrs to the property was not easy to reach by car. it was a very narrow lane with an inclination of 45degree to 60degree. during rainy days it gets slippery also. we had automatic cars and it was very difficult and risky to reach to the top. property was good and clean, it had a weird smell of lifeboy soaps everywhere inside. kitchen was not well equipped. found lizard inside wardrobe. pool was ok ok clean, but it was too fun as it gave the infinity pool’s feeling. food you can order from nearby restaurants and it takes around 1 hour for delivery. nearby udupi pure veg restaurant is very good, but if you have car you can’t go outside once you are inside the property as it is very difficult to come back again. there is no care-taker at the property. joby was very helpful and helped us wherever requiredy and can come within 10-20mins after a phone call only a soap was there in terms of toiletries and single towel in a room of two people.

the stay was everything we expected, great views no matter what time of the day, beautiful and pleasants surroundings if you decide to go for a walk and Joby was extremely helpful in a lot of ways, recommending restaurants, connecting us with transportation etc.

The place is located atop a hill with scenic view covering the dam and nearest town. Easily one of the best sunrises in Wayanad. Ride uphill is steep and narrow with no tar. If your car has a decent ground clearance, it won't be an issue. There is no cook assigned but Joby, the host was kind enough to provide us with milk and tea powder and also connect us with some delivery options. You can cook your own food if you want, all basic utensils are available. There's a view point which is part of the same property. You can take the road on the side to reach there. Joby also suggested us some local sightseeing spots which were good enough.

Joby is a very thoughtful host. He was punctual in getting the house organized and to welcome us. He even got us a cake for.my parents' wedding anniversary. that was a delightful touch
