Access through the elevator is possible. ~Property Layout~ * The property consists of 4 Bedrooms (with balconies) and en-suite / attached bathrooms * A Living room with a dining area * An equipped and modern kitchen ~Amenities~ * Three bedrooms are fitted with private LED TVs. * Kitchen has most required utensils and appliances like microwave, gas stove and chimney, refrigerator, mixer grinder, RO water purifier, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery * The property has air conditioning (in bedrooms/living areas) for summers * The property has heating through radiators/heat convectors for winters * High-speed Wi-Fi is available * All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply (25 Lts and above) * Fresh clean Linen is provided at every check-in. Complementary Linen change is provided every 5th Day if your booking is longer than a week. Additional / more frequent Linen changes can be provided at an additional cost of Rs.500 per bed. * Toiletries like Shower Gel, Shampoo, Hand wash, and Toilet paper will be provided. The toiletries provided will be running stock (used by previous guests as well) and not as hotel toiletries. We humbly request our guests not to take the toiletries away with them. * Tea / Coffee comes with compliments from us, and guests do not need to carry the same as part of their groceries unless they want a specific tea/coffee of their choice. ~Rental Inclusions~ * Housekeeping once a day at fixed times * Unlimited highspeed Wi-Fi * Techno-mechanical support from our facilities team * Water and cooking gas * Electricity consumption at 60 units per day (calculated pro-rata) for bookings less than 14 nights. The consumption calculation is enough to run the house with air conditioning/heating in a rational way. We have 7 air-conditioners in the house (4 in bedrooms + 3 in common areas). So, we expect our guests to use air-conditioning where they are sitting, and not waste electricity by leaving air-conditioning on at every place. If used rationally, the consumption stipulated is sufficient. If the guests wish to use air-conditioning throughout the house for 24 hours, extra consumption will be chargeable. ~Rental Exclusions~ * Electricity consumption above 60 units per day (for bookings less than 14 days) is payable as per actual consumption, which will be billed as per meter reading calculated at Rs. 10 per unit. The meter reading for electricity will be shown to guests at check-in and check-out by our team. An invoice for extra electricity consumption can be provided if required. * For bookings longer than 14 days, electricity is payable as per actual consumption. Complementary units are not provided for bookings longer than 14 days. ~Meals & Dining~ Home delivery of food can easily be ordered by the guests staying at our apartment from various delivery restaurants in the vicinity, ranging from cuisines like Asian, Indian, Italian, Continental, Fast Food, Korean, Japanese, etc. Home delivery of food can also be ordered using Swiggy and Zomato apps, which can bring your favourite food to our place, within minutes. ~A convenience store, a pharmacy, and a vegetable store are located a few meters walk. A 24x7 convenience store is located at 500 mt walk for our late-night guests. ~Cab facilities like Uber, Ola, Meru and many other services can be called within 5 minutes at any time of the day or night.
