Had a fantastic stay, myself and 4 friends were really impressed. Loved the personal touch - made to feel really at home. Will definitely stay there again.

Was visiting friends and relatives in the area. Did not have a car. Excellent location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Taxi rank very close but did not need that. There are steps up from the front door but then everything is on one level. Highly recommended if you need something in the Nottingham - Derby region. Host is helpful and responsive. I didn't end up cooking anything as plenty of food options nearby.

Cailee place is an outstanding place to stay, for shopping, sigth seeing and good parking if you drive, our family where only 5mins away. Town Markets on doorstep. Bus every 15mins to Derby ,Nottingham and east Midlands Airport. She has made it a real home from home. My son where very impressed with they stay.. So a big thank you Cailee from us all.

Cailee is an amazing host responsive to individual guest needs. She was always responsive and had everything I needed in situ. As a non-driver, proximity to public transportation is key. Not only did I have that, but a plethora of restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores all easily within walking distance. You will be amazed by the shower, it brings new meaning to high tech, follow the instructions!
