Mary was very proactive in communicating with me, I love this old home, decor matches the time period of the house. My bed was so comfortable and the sheets were top self for sure!! I don’t stay overnight In Breckenridge often, but this is my first choice in comfort & value ❤️

If this was our first Airbnb experience it likely would have been our last. There was no personal contact with Mary. Building was old and needed repairs. Outside light at entry didn't work. Dirty dishes were in the sink and kitchen trash was not taken out. We felt this property is a poor reflection of Airbnb quality.

We came in for a job interview and Mary’s place was perfect. Comfortable bed and private bathroom. Would recommend for small family groups! Would stay again for sure!

This is a awesome place to stay the hosts are awesome and the space is great this is our second time to stay at there establishment and we loved our room this time we definitely will look to stay here each time we come visit our grandkids and our daughter it’s the perfect place and the price is great for what you get! The bed is very comfortable and the other amenities are wonderful as well.

I’ve enjoyed staying in the twice. It’s like a hotel room with a private bath and outside entrance. Clean and well kept. The bathtub is special, but I would caution anyone with mobility issues. Didn’t bother me, but if someone has balance issues they could fall. Nothing sturdy to hold to getting in out of the tub. Otherwise I love the place. Much quieter than a hotel room.
