Great stay at Mary’s place. She accepted a same day reservation when my travel plans changed, and was a responsive, proactive communicator to make sure I could easily get into the house and my room. Clean bedroom and bathroom - overall a 5-star stay!

Mary upgraded our room from the Blue room to the Green room. The room was adorable and the king-sized bed was FABULOUSLY comfortable. The room was set apart near the back and my sister and I had our own entrance. There was a private bath next to the room with a great claw bathtub and shower. What a nice space!

Very nice room. Clean and comfortable. Only issue I had was I had to leave early for my 10 year old grandson’s needs, and the cancellation policy was very clear “refund for nights not used” as well as no written mention of cleaning fees. Mary does have a cleaning fee (apparently) for shorter stays but it was not mentioned under cost and fees. Service fee was expected. Air BNB told me I would receive a refund and gave me the amount in writing but did not refund the amount promised. I’ve been using AirbNB since 2012 and I know if there is any communication from them or from the host, I should take photos of all communication so there are no misunderstandings and I’m protected. Other than this being a VERY stressful time for our family, (my grandson’s momma passed away suddenly and unexpectedly) the stay was as expected. Parking is in the back and is covered, so my car was protected from any inclement weather which was an unexpected bonus!

Great Air BnB Breckenridge was a quiet town and this place reflected the peace and quiet of the town. Kevin helped me so much during my stay. Would highly recomend this stay.

This was a very cozy place and I highly recommend staying here. It was much like staying at home with all the comforts one could want. The host was wonderful and I would definitely come back here.
