Our stay at Leonard’s flat was great. Wonderful location with very easy access to shops, bakeries, the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. The flat is well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc. Kitchen area is on the small side but is ok with the open plan design. Our local contact was Josep who was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a couple of queries which he sorted out immediately. Nice touch is that basic supplies like hand wash, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, oil, tea and coffee are provided. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Leonard è stato perfetto ! C'era tutto il necessario sia per la cucina sia per la biancheria letto.L'arredamento estremamente curato e confortevole. Tutto molto in ordine e pulito. La palazzina è tranquilla, situata in un posto fantastico del PobleNou, vicino a tutti i servizi, alle spiagge e ai mezzi pubblici. Ci siamo sentiti assolutamente a casa e torneremo sicuramente:Leonard e Josef sono hosts molto disponibili ed attenti, davvero simpaticissimi. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chi vuole vivere intensamente l'atmosfera di una Barcellona un pò diversa e tanto speciale. Rossella

Stayed here for just under 3mths and had the best time. The apartment is located in the best location of Poblenou, 10 min walk to beach and super close to metro. Apartment was great and had everything I needed to stay for 3 mths. Josep, friend of owner helped me on day 1 and was amazing! He helped on giving me recommendations and was super helpful. Thank you 🙏🏽 😀 would def go back!
