We loved our stay in this cute basement apartment. Our hosts were very welcoming with good messaging and clear instructions. Apartment had a comfortable bed, kitchen well stocked, fresh updated spaces where it counts. We loved the classic row house neighborhood and proximity to a variety of great restaurants and transportation options. And we appreciate the value of this place very much. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The location of Razia's and Emilio's place is ideal - Swan streRazia's and Emilio's place is located on the most ideal street - Swan Street, one of the prettiest streets in the area. It's a perfect location to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings and experience the best of what the area has to offer. The apartment is cozy, clean and stylish. I truly appreciate the hosts' thoughtfulness (thank you for the apples and energy bars). Even though I came for work with a hectic schedule, it was nice to come back to a restful place. I recommend this stay to anyone visiting DC for the first time.

We enjoyed our stay at Razia and Emelio's. The space was as described and very clean. Lots of options for grabbing a meal. We enjoyed Ted's Bulletin. The Hong Kong French Toast was amazing. Close to the U St Metro and bus stops. Neighborhood was quiet as was the space. Razia was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. If you plan on returning later in the evening please be sure to grab snacks/food before you head out for the day if you will need a snack when you return. We made the mistake of not checking the hours for Walgreens (our pharmacies are open 24-hours) and they were closed when we returned after 10 pm. Highly recommend Razia and Emelio's and if we are ever in the D.C. area again it will be where we stay.

It was so nice to stay there! Location is great, House has more than everything that I need! Felt like home:) Def will come back again!!
