Spent our anniversary here and it was amazing, we were even gifted a bottle of wine and a card. Perfect Location walking to distance to everything, or scooter range for the rest. Underground parking available. Spacious rooms and even a balcony. The only thing I would note is we were unaware of the additional cleaning fee upon checkout. But overall the place was worth it and we hope to be back!

This location was awesome! Close to everything we wanted to see. Walk away from fishermen wharf and shops and Ghirardelli square. The room was very spacious and clean. Michelle was kind enough to accommodate our request for a room with a view and she put a special touch to our anniversary celebration. We also enjoyed drinks up in the roof top which at night you can see the bridge lit up. Beautiful view! Would definitely come back!

As other reviewers have mentioned, this place is a bit dated and worn but overall clean and safe-feeling. The location is excellent, and the available off-street parking is wonderfully convenient. The kitchenette was very handy. The bed is a bit hard and the bedroom windows have lights shining all night through the curtains, so if you're sensitive like me it might be a little uncomfortable. Still though, it was a nice stay overall.

We stayed with our 1 year old son a ( pack & play) were provided and our 3 year old daughter. The apartment was lovely, clean, spacious. We loved having laundry facilities on site and a kitchen to make food. There is a roof terrace and a terrace just off the room. The location couldn't have been better, 2 mins walk from fisherman's Wharf, the staff and Michelle were super friendly and helpful, we would 100% stay again. We felt like the apartment was big and we could put the children to bed and still have our own space. I would hesitate to book again.

Rooms were bigger than expected, 2 bathrooms which was unexpected, 24 hr check-in and a great free breakfast. Nice and clean although mildly dated. Location was ok, Would stay again!
