Great get away for families! The beach is private and the water is calm. The house was super clean which allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. Property management was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend booking a stay!

We stayed at this wonderful beach house which included renting the bottom "in_law suite." Cindy & Amanda were VERY responsive to all my questions before & during our stay! I had A LOT of questions because we were bringing our two dogs and I'd be working remotely so we were bringing a lot of stuff. The upper half of the beach house is roomy, bright & cheerful. It has a very comfortable lived-in feeling which made it less stressful when we & our pups dragged sand from the beach. The master bedroom is very large & has a smaller room attached w/2 twin beds, a 1/2 bath, & a space saving washer & dryer. A pocket door separates these two rooms. The 2nd bedroom is also very spacious & we were able to put two dog crates in there. A full bath is down the hall from the kitchen. I used the suite downstairs to work remotely & set my office up in the kitchen area. Only issue: Cox Internet was down the last 2 weeks & I had to hotspot w/my phones. Overall, we had a wonderful time! ❤️ Thank you!

We have spent a beautiful stay in this beach house. The location is unmatched, with a view and meters from the beach. Very comfortable for a family of 6 people and a dog, very clean, well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, new refrigerator and stove, everything works well. Communication with the host was excellent. As a suggestion, it would be good to add a coat rack, closets and space to store and hang clothes in the main bedroom and the adjoining one. Also change the old pillows on the beds. We would definitely rent this house again.

The house is very nice and as described. the beach is very private and is only steps away from the porch. The kayaks are a great touch as the bay was very calm and easy to kayak on even for 1st timers that were in our group. VA beach is a short easy ride for sight seeing and shopping. lots of things to do in VA beach we went parasailing. the house was clean and well equipped the fridge and freezer are big enough to stock up on things if you want to cook instead of going out to eat. easy check in and out. great communication.
