We’ve just had a great week at Noemia’s place. The location of the house is excellent with a supermarket, beach and shops/restaurants all nearby. You can also easily access both Vilamoura and Albufeira by public transport and taxis. The house itself is beautifully completed but as with other reviews it does require some maintenance and a few things to be fixed/updated (nothing major). Noemia was very responsive during our stay as we had a couple of issues for example the pool temperature, light not working in the bedroom and no batteries for the tv remote. Noemia arranged for the pool maintenance person and also housekeeper to come around the same day and most of the issues were sorted during our stay. The pool was initially quite cold when we arrived and with 2 small children this wasn’t suitable but glad to say this was fixed within 2 days. A couple more sun loungers would be a great addition and with a few bits of maintenance completed and this house would be back to amazing!

Overall, we were pleased with the accommodations. Our hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to work with and communicate with.

The house is a wonderful place for some R&R - lovely to have the pool and outside facilities. Could do with more loungers outside and some small maintenance inside but overall if you are looking for a relaxing break, the house is wonderful and it felt safe etc at nighttime. Nice cul de sac with no traffic etc. We had everything we needed. Thanks Noemia - wonderful host.

Noemia’s place is in a great location with shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches close buy. She was responsive over email and provided a great list of things to do locally. I would call out that the house looks a bit tired and could benefit from ongoing maintenance.

Normia’s place was wonderful. We had such a brilliant stay. Perfect location and a beautiful home. Everything you need. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb where the host has provided such brilliant information about the place and the surrounding areas and things to do. Very responsive host. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
