Brilliant stay! We spent 4 nights in Nice and our stay couldn’t have been better. Nico was quick to respond and always happy to help. Apartment as seen on photos and had everything you need. Gorgeous outside terrace for an open space and just a short walk to the local train station to places such as Monaco etc. Couldn’t fault our stay and would definitely return if we were to go to Nice again! Thank you very much!!

Nico’s apartment is perfect for a couple. Although it’s not large it uses the space brilliantly and has a lovely roof area. The location is good, with only a short walk to the waterfront and station. Nico was a very responsive and helpful host. We had a great stay. Thank you

Perfect little studio flat for two - really loved the outdoor terrace. Easy location to walk to the beach and restaurants. The train station is very close for day trips to Monaco and Cannes. Nico was a super host. We had a great 5 nights stay.

Le logement ressemble exactement aux photos , il est bien situé avec tout ce qu’il en faut Malheureusement il y avait de la poussière..
