Villa Arabesque is the perfect traveller's residence in Zamalek. There are a variety of rooms for travelers with different needs, and the furnishings are modern, clean, and high quality, with marble floors, effective air conditioning, large windows, and high ceilings. When you have had too much of the noise and dust of the city, you can rest here to cool off, think, and relax. The immediate area is quiet, with numerous international embassies and ambassadorial residences, and very secure. There is a friendly door man who speaks very good English. Communications with the owner are smooth and excellent.

I loved Villa Arabesque and felt I’m at home there. I liked the calm and quietness of the place as much as I liked the care and attendance ofMr. Mustafa, the manager and caretaker. He is such a generous and kind hearted man. And he made it his personal business to show me the surrounding area and give me advice whenever I needed. As for the room I booked, it was lovely but I had an issue with the bathtub and they kindly gave me another room that was available and suited my needs of a walk-in shower (I suffer from some mobility problems). The rooms are cleaned twice a week but if you need cleaning in between you can ask the staff and they will accommodate you. I must add that I liked the fact that there is a washing machine and detergents in the basement so I was able to wash my clothes whenever I needed. I was really sad to leave but I intend to come back with a friend or family member by the will of God.
