We are a retired active couple and found the location to be great. We walked to the nearby beach every day and explored nearby Kardamyli. We did a few hikes up the gorge and around various villages. The apartment had amazing views at sunset. Spiros s father was so kind and brought us treats. We even had beach chairs and a beach umbrella provided which was great. The bed is comfy and the kitchen has enough to cook the basics which you can then eat in the verandah. Great communication all the time with Spiros. We were able to park right outside the apartment under a shaded canopy. We highly recommend this place.

We had such a great time! The flat is beautiful and has a large terrace overlooking the sea from where you can watch the sunset. After a short walk through olive trees, you are on a great sandy beach with crystal clear water. In Kardameli there are great restaurants and it is a really nice little place by the sea. You can do great hikes there and you can also get to the mountains quickly. Perfect! Unfortunately, we didn‘t get to meet Spyros personally, but we did meet his father and he really is a sweetheart. He provided us with delicious fruit and food and made us feel welcome. Communication was very easy and Spyros was always available for questions. We can only recommend the accommodation, it was really an incredibly nice time. Thank you, Spyros!

We loved staying at Spiros's studio apartment and would definitely recommend it. The view of the bay from the balcony is wonderful. The apartment was excellent value, Spiros answered our questions promptly and his father was hugely generous in bringing us delicious figs and watermelon fresh from his garden. The apartment is easy to find as it's just off the main road, but its location does mean that you hear the noise of the early morning traffic. This dies down later on. It takes 15 minutes to walk into Kardamyli, but you do have to walk along the main road and there's no pavement. (There's a car porch outside the apartment.) You can also walk via a side road down to the beautiful beach at Kalamitsi (15 mins) or more directly and prettily along a path through the olive trees beneath the apartment. In late September, the beach wasn't at all crowded. The apartment is a lovely, fairly priced place.

Spyros a été un hôte accueillant et sympathique. Il a su répondre à nos quelques questions. De plus, son père, qui habite à deux pas, nous a offert de nombreux produits de son jardin... tomates, concombre, figues de barbarie, figues, raisin.. une belle surprise. Le cadre géographique du Péloponnèse est magnifique et la vue depuis la maison est imprenable. La petite plage de galets et de sable, à proximité, sans commodité, ce qui en fait son charme et son attrait, est d'une propreté incroyable, tout comme l'eau de la mer. Kardamily est une petite station balnéaire charmante et il est très agréable de voir par moments, même le pope assis sur les petites terrasses de pierre des cafés... Un séjour marquant... Merci Spyros... et sa famille...

Το σπίτι του Σπύρου είναι απλά υπέροχο! Λατρέψαμε την υπέροχη θέα! Ειναι απόλυτα βολικό για ένα ζευγάρι με ένα παιδί! Σε πολύ καλό σημείο για να κάνεις εξορμήσεις κ συγχρόνως απομονωμένο για να έχεις την ησυχία σου μέσα στην υπέροχη φύση! Ο Σπύρος ήταν απόλυτα εξυπηρετικός κ το σπίτι είχε όσα χρειάζεσαι για να έχεις μια υπέροχη διαμονή! Σπύρο σ ευχαριστούμε για όλα!
