Siempre me gusto el “plan todo incluido” de los hoteles de renombre, en esta ocasión lleve a toda mi familia a vacacionar de una manera más simple y en plan de convivencia (que mucha falta nos hacía 🤭) y el lugar quedó Perfecto! Lejos de el bullicio y de horarios. Mar tiene todo lo que necesitábamos en la casa y fueron unas vacaciones increíbles!!!

Mar was a great host, very friendly. He met us when we arrived and gave us a full tour. The house is beautiful, two large bedrooms each with a full bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The dining area, kitchen and TV location with couch and chairs is an open floor plan which is nice. The location is stunning, overlooking the ocean and a stairway down to a private beach. The front deck is large with comfortable seating and a gorgeous ocean view with a warm breeze. We were fortunate enought to see some whales which was exciting. This is a short drive from Punta Mita which has excellent restaurants on the beach. We went to the La Cruz fish market and picked up some fresh Ahi tuna and Wahoo which we had for breakfast every day. Sayulita is just north of the house and worth visiting for a day. We visited 4 beaches in 6 days not including our own, so the scenery is great. Very satisfied with the accomodations, we have only good things to say. Thank you, Mar!

Mi esposa, nuestras 2 perritas y yo pasamos una semana excelente! La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, bien equipada, limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. La terraza es muy amplia y perfecta para disfrutar de la brisa y de los atardeceres. La conexión a internet es buena y el espacio dedicado para trabajo es excelente si tienes que trabajar remotamente o hacer alguna videollamada, en mi caso tuve que trabajar y la vista desde el escritorio es inigualable. Cuenta con una pequeña playa prácticamente privada a tan solo unos pasos de la casa, además de haber acceso a las playas aledañas. Hay también algunos restaurantes bastante cercanos, además de un par de hoteles, uno de ellos ubicado justo al lado de la casa por si quieres ir a desayunar, comer o cenar. Mar es muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente de que no nos faltara nada, además de darnos buenas recomendaciones sobre el lugar y sus alrededores. Sin duda lo recomiendo y con gusto volvería.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Mar's home. The house is located down a dirt road, and there are several nice homes, a couple of hotels and beach restaurants. The house is situated on a cliff, overlooking the ocean. The view is amazing! The space is the entire upstairs level, which is spacious and well laid out. It was very clean, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay; the espresso machine was a hit. We enjoyed hearing the waves day and night. Besides the view, there are steps leading down to a beach. There is access to a larger beach just a couple of minutes walk down the road. Mar gave us some tips of where to eat, and he was always helpful.

We were so happy with our stay here. Ramon and Mar where very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and attended to anything that came up quickly. We love that this house was private and had a family history, it suited our family of four (two adults, two kids) perfectly! We felt secure, and extra safe having the owner and other long time renters living on the property. It was a plus that the house has a hotel right next door with a restaurant, because the the house is on rural dirt road and is quite isolated, so being able to go eat there when we couldn't cook came in handy. We were relieved that mosquitos were not an issue, likely because we were on the second floor and there was always a cool breeze - often a strong wind - and cooler tempurature. Steps down to your own private beach was a huge bonus. That said, it could be helpful to know that unless the low tide time of day is aligned, you cannot walk to the other beaches in either direction. A car is a must. Thanks!
