This cramped attic room with low ceilings is more suitable for a child than an adult, and you will be treated like a child by the host who forbids friends for some inexplicable reason. Highly recommended if you like decay, dirty walls, low quality, ugly furniture, broken bathroom, forced isolation, bumping your head on the ceiling, and wasting money. There are much better apts for half the cost.

Lugar inmejorable, cerca del centro de la ciudad. El barrio es seguro y limpio, con áreas verdes con aire mucho más limpio que en la ciudad, con belleza escénica y con restaurantes cerca y supermercados. La habitación siempre limpia con todo lo necesario para cocinar, excelente y estable Internet, agua caliente siempre disponible y servicio de lavado disponible El gimnasio y piscina a 200 metros, taxis cerca para movilizarse. Para estancias cortas o largas lo recomiendo comparando con otras opciones de ubicación en Ho ChiMinh city

Quiet place in a new neighborhood. 3 c-shops and one bigger shop nearby. A lot of coffees and restaurants nearby. Small park on the river in less then 200 meters (be afraid of mosquitoes). The safe box is big enough for a 15' laptop. Furniture is not a new, but in a good condition. Gina was very nice and helpful.

Decent unit if you do not plan on having a guest, or interested in a pool and gym facilities as described in listing and pictures. Keep in mind, no elevator and unit I booked was in the very top floor in a hot building. Nice safe location though, I Recommend for someone in a business trip but not someone there on vacation. Had I known what I found out after checking in, I would've never booked this unit. Bad experience!

This is a nice private apt on the top floor of a villa at Saigon Pearl, which is one of the better condo developments in HCMC. It's a easy 5-10 min Uber ride to District 1 (25k-50k VND) and within the complex there are about a dozen restaurants and cafes and a few stores to buy water etc. There is no traffic in the complex so the air is a lot cleaner than elsewhere in HCMC. Wifi is solid.
