Very nice accommodation, nearby by the skytrain, have a convenient store (7E) at the ground floor, the host very helpful and fast responded, got some issues during my stay and the host revolve the issue very fast ( only few days) , overall very comfortable place to stay.

conveniently located 5 mins walk away from BTS. Huge 7-Eleven located below the apartment. Host is always helpful and responsive.

Phaya Thai站 Exit2直行2-4分鐘就到達，非常便利，樓下有便利超市及按摩店，十分棒，步行去siam都只是15分鐘。另多謝Sudhichai款待，屋內設施齊全，還有我最喜歡的Panasonic吹風機，今次住宿非常滿意,唯獨屋內光線再亮一點便100分了👍

Very nice building and unit at an amazing location, very close to many malls and shops and a short walk to two BTS train stations. Sudichai was a great host, very friendly and easy to contact with any questions with a quick response.

We stayed here for a month and had a wonderful time. The location is great - super close to shopping centers and the BTS. Easy to get to all parts of Bangkok. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured. There are two AC units, which is really nice. The pool and gym are awesome. The building itself is a very nice big building with security and staff. We even befriended one of the managers there who was really friendly! There is a 24 hr supermarket on the first floor - SO convenient. When we checked-in the water in the unit was turned off (building issue) but Sudhichai had it fixed within 10 mins. We didn’t get to meet Sudhichai, but he was really easy to communicate with and happy to help! We utilized the washer which worked perfectly and the apartment was fully stocked with all the necessities (toilet paper, soap, etc). Bed was very comfortable. Water filter was really appreciated. The coded keypad on the door is handy because you don’t have to carry the keys. Overall, a really pleasant stay and we would absolutely recommend!
