Fabrizio went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and helped me more navigate Italy. He was so friendly and so kind. When my flight was delayed, he picked me up late at night from the airport and made me pasta. He offered up his house in such a warm, loving manner. His daughter shares the apartment and he stays down in another apartment when we has guests. I absolutely loved the time I got to spend with him. He gave me recommendations for food, sights and always reminded me about the last train home :) Even through there was a language barrier, I couldn’t have asked for a better host. I hope to come back and stay again. Thank you for everything Fabrizio. You are a wonderful person and host See you soon, Lucy from Ireland :)

We had a wonderful stay. Signa is just a 20 minute train ride from Firenze. Fabrizio's condo is just a few minutes from the Signa train station. So we found this location to be perfect for us. I would describe the condo as super clean and spacious with an incredibly comfortable memory foam mattress. Fabio is a great host who was very friendly and took care of us ex who took care of us extremely well. You will not go wrong with this place.

Fabrizio was a great host. He met me at the train station even though I was running late. Room was big & spacious with lots of towels & bedding & only a 2 minute walk to Signa train station.
